Adam Wadecki

Adam Wadecki is senior vice president and controller for Eaton, a global intelligent power management company.

As chief accounting officer for the company, he is responsible for leading the global financial accounting team, including the Global Financial Services and Systems and Controllership organization.

Adam was previously Eaton’s senior vice president, Internal Audit. He joined Eaton from General Electric Healthcare (GEHC), where he was chief financial officer, Corporate Finance and Finance Transformation and previously served as chief financial officer of GEHC’s largest publicly-reportable business segment, Global Medical Imaging. Before joining GEHC, he held leadership roles of increasing responsibility at W.W. Grainger, Advance Auto Parts and General Motors.

Adam holds bachelor’s degrees in mechanical and industrial and operations engineering, a master’s degree in industrial and operations engineering and a doctorate with specialization in financial engineering, all from the University of Michigan. He is based in Beachwood, Ohio.
