Eaton Experiential Learning Series (ExL) encompasses the educational needs of power system professionals, for both design and build, throughout the their career.

Eaton’s Experiential Learning (ExL) series is designed to further professionals understanding and knowledge of power systems at any stage of their career. The courses provide hands-on training and demonstrations on full-scale, energized power systems.

Trainings are hosted at local manufacturing facilities around the United States and at Eaton Experience Centers, manufacturing plants or enterprise datacenters. All attendees are given the opportunity to get a first-hand look at equipment construction and products.
